Booking Policy & Upfront Payments

At Mollie Elise Aesthetics, we strive to make every booking experience smooth, transparent, and fair for all clients. Most consultation appointments are completely free and do not require an upfront payment. However, consultations for laser hair removal treatments carry a £10 upfront fee, which is non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you rearrange your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, using our online booking system wherever possible for ease and efficiency. This cancellation policy applies to all consultations, including complimentary ones. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, please call or text us on 07365 188866. If you’re unable to reach us by phone, you may email info@mollieeliseaesthetics.com, though please note that email responses may be delayed during busy periods.

For treatment bookings, an upfront payment is required to secure your appointment. Our standard amount is £30, although some treatments—particularly those that are more time-intensive or product-heavy—may require a higher amount. All upfront payments are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. For longer appointments, such as body fillers, we require 5 days’ notice due to stock ordering and product expiry.

Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to three times. After this, a £30 administrative fee will be required for any further changes. This policy helps us protect our time and resources while remaining flexible for our clients.

Group bookings are a great way to enjoy discounted rates, but please note that if one member of the group cancels or changes their treatment, this may impact the discount for other members. We encourage clients to keep this in mind when booking as a group.

For training course bookings, cancellations made with more than 28 days' notice will be refunded, minus a £100 administration fee. If you need to rearrange your course with less than 14 days’ notice, a £100 rescheduling fee will apply.

Upfront payments can be made through our online booking system, over the phone, in-store by card, or via a secure payment link. Please note we do not accept cash for deposits. While we do accept cash payments for final balances in-store, we encourage card or online transactions to ensure a secure and trackable process. Appointments are only confirmed once the upfront payment is received. If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking, your appointment slot may be released to other clients.

As we often operate with a waiting list, early notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client. Your cooperation helps us manage bookings fairly and ensures the best possible service for everyone.

We operate strictly by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Refunds

Purchases of treatments and treatment courses are non-refundable. If you have a remainder of a course available and wish to transfer your credit to an alternative treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. Any credit on your account will expire after 24 months; this includes any remaining Laser hair sessions you have remaining. Purchases of any products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

We are unable to refund any credit card fees received subject to processing your payment. Nor are we able to offer refunds for clients who have chosen to pay for treatments on finance. 

If you are unhappy with your results from treatment please contact the clinic, we are able to discuss refunds for any errors however refunds will not be made for personal preferences.

Late Arrivals

It is essential you arrive in good time for your appointment, and we kindly ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand. However, unless agreed with your practitioner please do not attend earlier than this, this is to maintain your safety and apply to COVID-19 regulations and advise. We will always accommodate clients where possible; we ask that you let us know if you are running late. If you are over ten minutes late to your appointment this may result in your treatment time reduced, cancelled, or rescheduled to another date. If your treatment is cancelled due to lateness you will forfeit your deposit, if you would like to reschedule a deposit for the new appointment will be required.

Client Eligibility & Age Verification

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to undergo aesthetic treatments at Mollie Elise Aesthetics. We may request valid photo identification (passport or driving licence) to confirm age before treatment. In some cases we may provide certain treatments from the age of 16 with medical need, this will require parental or guardian consent and a letter from a doctor. Failure to provide proof of age may result in the cancellation of your appointment without refund. 

Medical Conditions & Treatment Suitability

Clients are required to disclose their full medical history during consultation. Certain conditions or medications may contraindicate treatment. Mollie Elise Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on your medical history. It is the client’s responsibility to update us with any changes to their health status.

Treatment Disclaimer

In most cases, we achieve significant remarkable results. We endeavour to work at a raised standard and achieve client’s treatment goals. However, individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. Genetics, biological makeup, treatment response, following aftercare advise, lifestyle and other factors will influence the results of your treatment. Please note we may recommend altering your treatment at any point in your course, depending on your response to treatment to individual goals. We will always give advice to the best of our knowledge, at times you may decide to go against the advice of staff at Mollie Elise Aesthetics, doing so at your own risk. 

Treatment Courses & Expiry

Prepaid treatment courses or packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Extensions may be granted under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

Refunds & Cancellations for Packages

Refunds for prepaid treatment courses will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. If approved, used treatments will be deducted from the total refund at full individual treatment price. Remaining value will be refunded via the original payment method.

Complaints Policy

We strive to deliver the highest standard of care and service. If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, please raise your concern with a member of our team or email info@mollieeliseaesthetics.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Product Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products. However, in the event that a client has an unwanted response or reaction to a product, we may allow a product exchange. This is done directly through the skincare brand’s policy, and we will require clear photo evidence and answers to specific questions as per the company’s reporting requirements. Unopened products may still be returned within 28 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.

Data Protection & Privacy

Mollie Elise Aesthetics complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is securely stored and used only for the purposes of treatment, appointment management, and communication. Clients have the right to access, amend or request deletion of their data at any time. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Promotional offers & Gift Vouchers

Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, this includes loyalty cards. Promotion offers do not apply to product purchases. All offers are limited to one per person. Gift vouchers can be used alongside promotions. VIP cards may not be utilised alongside current offers or product purchases.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced for cash. When booking your appointment, we ask that you quote the voucher number. Gift vouchers bought in clinic expire after 6 months. Any vouchers that have been given by the company or won via a donation to a third-party may be valid for a shorter period.

Children & Pets

We are unable to allow children in clinic at any given time. We are unable to leave children unaccompanied in reception. Our staff are not trained or insured to look after children. Bringing children to appointments may distract staff and effect your results, therefore we do not allow them into clinic. We respectfully request clients to attend appointments alone where possible and refrain from requesting staff to observe their children during their treatment time. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in treatment rooms or laser rooms at any time.

We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the treatment rooms for hygiene reasons. We also stock harmful substances in clinic and would hate for any harm to come to them.

Skin Gym Memberships 

By joining the Skin Gym at Mollie Elise Aesthetics, you’re committing to a 12-month membership designed to support your long-term skin health and provide consistent results. Please be aware of the following key points:

Monthly Bookings: It is your responsibility to book your monthly facial—unused sessions cannot be rolled over or added on to future months.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a £50 fee, in line with our cancellation policy.

Membership Use: Members must use all clinic equipment and facilities responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

Health & Safety: You confirm that you are in good health to receive aesthetic treatments and agree to inform us of any changes to your health status throughout your membership.

Refunds & Early Cancellations: Refunds or early termination of your membership may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

Personal Details: Please inform us of any updates to your contact details or relevant medical information so we can continue to provide safe and personalised care.

Membership Tier Changes: Memberships are based on an average cost across 12 months. Therefore, we do not allow members to downgrade their tier once enrolled. In certain cases, we may permit upgrades, but this will reset your agreement and begin a new 12-month commitment.

Our Commitment: We aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. Our team will always offer expert guidance, maintain confidentiality, and support your treatment plan throughout your membership.

Treatment Courses

This includes any multiple treatments purchased as well as laser hair removal treatment plans. By beginning a treatment or laser course with Mollie Elise Aesthetics, you agree to the following important terms as part of your treatment plan:

Booking Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to schedule each session in your course. Missed or unused sessions cannot be rolled over, refunded, or extended. We recommend booking all sessions in advance to ensure consistency and availability.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely may incur a £50 fee per session missed.

Commitment: Courses are non-refundable and must be completed within the recommended timeframe for best results.

Medical Responsibility: You must inform us of any health changes or contraindications before each session. If you’re unsure whether you're medically suitable for a treatment, please consult your GP before proceeding.

Treatment Expectations: Results vary based on individual skin type and condition. Commitment to the full course and following pre/post care is essential for optimal outcomes.

Our Promise: We will provide a safe, clean, and professional environment, and tailor your course to support your goals. Your personal details will be kept secure and confidential.
