Booking Policy & Upfront Payments
At Mollie Elise Aesthetics, we strive to make every booking experience smooth, transparent and fair for all clients, while protecting appointment availability and clinic time. We operate strictly by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins.
Most consultation appointments are complimentary and do not require an upfront payment. However, some consultations, including laser hair removal consultations, may require a small upfront payment to secure the booking. We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations are made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Appointments can be managed through our online booking system, by phone, text or email.
Treatment Appointments & Upfront Payments
For treatment bookings, we require an upfront payment to secure your appointment. In most cases this is 20% of the treatment cost, although some appointments, particularly those involving longer appointment times, specialist products or higher-value treatments, may require a larger upfront payment.
All upfront payments are non-refundable. With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, your appointment can be rescheduled and your upfront payment transferred to a new booking.
Card Confirmation Appointments
Although we prefer upfront payments, we also offer the option to secure some appointments using card confirmation instead of a physical upfront payment.
If choosing card confirmation, your appointment must be confirmed within 72 hours of booking. If confirmation is not completed within this timeframe, the appointment may be automatically cancelled and released to other clients. By confirming your appointment, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. Late cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% appointment fee. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur a 100% appointment fee.
Skin Gym Membership Appointments
For Skin Gym members, the cost of your Skin Gym session will be marked against your appointment for card confirmation purposes. If you late cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, you will have the option to either miss that month’s appointment with no additional charge, or pay an additional monthly charge to reschedule another appointment within the same month, subject to availability. Further information regarding Skin Gym memberships can be found within the Skin Gym section of our website.
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask clients to arrive approximately 5 to 10 minutes before their appointment time. However, unless agreed with your practitioner, please do not attend significantly earlier than your appointment time. We will always try to accommodate late arrivals where possible and ask that clients contact the clinic if running late. However, if lateness impacts clinic scheduling or reduces the time required to safely complete treatment, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled. Where appointments are cancelled due to lateness, cancellation charges or loss of upfront payment may still apply.
Treatment Courses
For some treatment courses, including laser hair removal and other treatments requiring multiple appointments, we allow the total treatment cost to be spread across the course appointments. For these appointments, card confirmation may be required throughout the course.
Where treatment courses are paid fully upfront, a cancellation or no-show fee may still be attached to appointments to protect clinic time. Appointments lasting 30 minutes or less may incur a £30 fee, while longer appointments may incur a fee of £50 per hour where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided or where a client fails to attend. These fees may be added to the remaining course balance where applicable.
Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited after 12 months and are non-refundable. Extensions may be granted under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
Treatment Disclaimer
We always aim to provide safe, ethical and professional treatment recommendations tailored to your individual goals. However, individual treatment results vary depending on factors including anatomy, skin quality, healing response, lifestyle, medical history, treatment compliance and aftercare. No specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.
In some cases, treatment plans may need to be adjusted throughout your treatment journey depending on your response to treatment, safety considerations or clinical suitability. All advice provided by Mollie Elise Aesthetics is based on practitioner knowledge, experience and clinical judgement.
Advanced treatments & downtime
Clients are responsible for reading all treatment information and ensuring they are able to accommodate the expected healing period, aftercare requirements and recovery time before booking treatment.
Payment Methods
Upfront payments can be made through our online booking system, over the phone, via secure payment link or in-store by card. Please note we do not accept cash deposits. Final balances may still be paid in-store by cash or card where applicable, although card and online payments are preferred to maintain a secure and traceable payment process.
Appointments are only fully confirmed once the required upfront payment or card confirmation has been completed.
Group bookings
Group bookings are a great way to access discounted treatment rates. However, if one member of the group cancels, changes or removes their treatment, this may affect the discount applied to the remaining bookings. We kindly ask all group clients to keep this in mind when arranging appointments together.
Complaints Policy
We strive to deliver the highest standard of care and service. If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, please raise your concern with a member of our team or email info@mollieeliseaesthetics.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Medical Conditions & Treatment Suitability
Clients are required to disclose their full medical history during consultation. Certain conditions or medications may contraindicate treatment. Mollie Elise Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on your medical history. It is the client’s responsibility to update us with any changes to their health status.
Product Returns & Refunds
Purchases of treatments, treatment courses and packages are non-refundable. We do not retain long-term treatment credit balances on client accounts, therefore remaining sessions should be booked and completed within the recommended treatment timeframe advised by your practitioner. Where appropriate and agreed by the clinic, remaining prepaid sessions may be transferred to an alternative suitable treatment at the discretion of Mollie Elise Aesthetics.
Purchases of skincare and retail products are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is proven to be faulty.
If you are unhappy with your treatment outcome, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so your concerns can be reviewed appropriately. Refunds may be considered in cases involving genuine treatment errors; however, refunds will not be provided for personal preference, change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic results. Individual results vary depending on factors including anatomy, skin quality, healing response, lifestyle, medical history and aftercare compliance. No specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.
Data Protection & Privacy
Mollie Elise Aesthetics complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is securely stored and used only for the purposes of treatment, appointment management, and communication. Clients have the right to access, amend or request deletion of their data at any time. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Client Eligibility & Age Verification
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to undergo aesthetic treatments at Mollie Elise Aesthetics. We may request valid photo identification (passport or driving licence) to confirm age before treatment. In some cases we may provide certain treatments from the age of 16 with medical need, this will require parental or guardian consent and a letter from a doctor. Failure to provide proof of age may result in the cancellation of your appointment without refund.
Promotional offers & Gift Vouchers
Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, this includes loyalty discounts. Promotion offers do not apply to product purchases. All offers are limited to one per person. Gift vouchers can be used alongside promotions. VIP cards may not be utilised alongside current offers or product purchases.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced for cash. When booking your appointment, we ask that you quote the voucher number. Gift vouchers bought in clinic expire after 6 months. Any vouchers that have been given by the company or won via a donation to a third-party may be valid for a shorter period.
Children & Pets
We kindly ask clients not to bring children to appointments where possible. Our staff are not trained or insured to supervise children, and we are unable to leave children unaccompanied in reception at any time. Bringing children to appointments may distract staff during treatment, affect your results, and impact the relaxing and safe environment we aim to provide for all clients visiting the clinic. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms or laser rooms at any time.
We also regret that we are unable to allow pets in treatment rooms for hygiene and safety reasons. As we store clinical equipment, lasers and potentially harmful substances within the clinic, we would never want any harm or distress to come to them or others within the environment.
Skin Gym Memberships
By joining the Skin Gym or Massage Club at Mollie Elise Aesthetics, you are committing to a 12-month membership designed to support long-term skin health, consistency and ongoing results.
It is the member’s responsibility to book their monthly appointment. Unused sessions cannot be rolled over, transferred or added onto future months. We strongly recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability and maintain consistency within your treatment plan.
For memberships, the cost of your monthly session may be marked against your appointment for card confirmation purposes. If you late cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, you will have the option to either miss that month’s appointment with no additional charge, or pay an additional monthly charge to reschedule another appointment within the same month, subject to availability.
Members are expected to use all clinic facilities and equipment responsibly. Any damage caused through misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
By maintaining your membership, you confirm that you are medically suitable to receive aesthetic treatments and agree to inform us of any changes to your medical history, medication or health status throughout the duration of your membership. This allows us to continue providing safe and appropriate treatment recommendations.
Memberships are based on an average cost spread across a 12-month period. For this reason, membership downgrades are not permitted once enrolled. In some circumstances we may allow upgrades; however, this may require a new 12-month agreement to begin from the upgrade date.
Refunds or early termination of memberships may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and remain at the discretion of Mollie Elise Aesthetics.
We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and professional environment. Our team will always aim to offer honest advice, maintain confidentiality and support you throughout your treatment journey.
Full Membership Terms & Conditions are available via the Fresha app within the Memberships section. If you have any questions regarding your membership, please contact the clinic and we will be happy to help.
Treatment Courses
Treatment courses include any package or course involving multiple treatments, including laser hair removal treatment plans. By purchasing or beginning a treatment course with Mollie Elise Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms as part of your treatment plan.
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend each appointment within their course. Unused, missed or expired sessions cannot be rolled over, refunded or extended. We strongly recommend booking appointments in advance to maintain consistency and ensure appointment availability throughout your course.
For some treatment courses, including laser hair removal, we allow the total cost of treatment to be spread across multiple appointments. Card confirmation may therefore be required throughout your course appointments.
Where courses are paid fully upfront, cancellation or no-show fees may still apply to protect clinic time. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments missed entirely, may incur a charge of £30 for appointments lasting 30 minutes or less, or £50 per hour for longer appointments. These fees may be added to the remaining course balance where applicable. Treatment courses are non-refundable and should be completed within the recommended timeframe advised by your practitioner to achieve the best possible results.
Clients are responsible for informing the clinic of any changes to their medical history, medication, skin condition or health status before each appointment. If there is any uncertainty regarding medical suitability for treatment, we recommend seeking advice from your GP or appropriate healthcare professional before proceeding.
Results vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, healing response, medical history and aftercare compliance. Commitment to the recommended treatment plan and following all pre and post-treatment advice is essential for achieving optimal results.
At Mollie Elise Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a safe, clean and professional environment while tailoring treatment plans to support your individual goals. All personal information and medical details are handled securely and confidentially.
If you have any questions regarding your treatment course, our team will always be happy to help.
