Pre-treatment appointment

You will require a pre-treatment appointment on the day of your treatment. This is to take your blood in order to create your bio-gel filler. This will be scheduled a minimum of 1.5 hours prior to your bio-gel filler appointment. During this appointment we will

  • Discuss your treatments and go over any questions you have 
  • Carry out a last minute re-assessment and go over your medical forms
  • Draw your blood for the treatment

Your Treatment

You will be familiarised with the clinical treatment room. We’ll confirm the targeted areas for enhancement, and your personalised treatment will then be carried out by one of our skilled nurse practitioners. Once you are ready, your nurse practitioner will administer a numbing solution. You should be comfortable throughout the entire process.

After your Treatment

Results are not visible immediately unfortunately! You may experience some swelling, which will subside once the area is healed. You will be provided with in depth aftercare advise from your cosmetic injector. We encourage you to avoid touching the area on the day and remain hydrated. You will also be provided with antibiotics to prevent infection.

Pre-care instructions

  • Please ensure you eat before your treatment
  • We advise you ensure you are consuming adequate amounts of vitamin B, or you may supplement B12 or complex B.
  • We recommend you take daily vitamin C supplements, however STOP taking them 2 weeks before your treatment
  • Keep your skin hydrated before and after treatment
  • Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before your appointment
  • Avoid smoking for a minimum of 2 hours before your appointment
  • Do not take any pain killers prior to your treatment
  • We recommend you shower and wash the treatment area BEFORE your treatment 

Aftercare Instructions

  • Remain hydrated and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Wash with water only the evening of your treatment, normal bathing routine can be resumed in 72-hours.
  • We recommend wearing a supportive sports bra throughout the first 72 hours of the healing process.
AVOID
  • Alcohol for 48-hours
  • Touching the area for 6-hours
  • Strenuous exercise for 5-days
  • Avoid vitamins A, C, E fand garlic or 48-hours
  • Do not soak yourself or fully submerge yourself in the bath or water for the next 5 days following your treatment 
  • Intensive exercise for a minimum of 48 hours
  • Extreme temperatures (hot and cold), such as sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms or sunbeds for 7 days.
  • Blood thinning medication, including aspirin for 48 hours unless prescribed by your doctor (please seek advice from your GP prior to treatment and notify your practitioner

Bio-gel breast filler is a non-surgical, natural enhancement treatment designed to gently improve volume, shape, and symmetry. It does not guarantee a full cup size increase, and results can vary depending on factors such as genetics, skin elasticity, body composition, and lifestyle.

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. During your consultation, we will assess your goals honestly and may advise that surgical breast augmentation is a more suitable option to achieve your desired outcome.

Following the procedure, the treated area may be sore for 3–4 days, and it’s common to experience minor bruising, swelling, or tenderness. Some areas may initially feel lumpy, and gentle massage after 4 days can help to smooth any unevenness. Full recovery is typically around 2 weeks, although this can vary. Some individuals report a sense of firmness in the area for up to 10 weeks. As with any treatment, results and recovery experiences will vary from person to person.
